Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy ("Policy") applies to your use of our Bachelor's in Germany service ("Service"). It outlines the circumstances under which you may be eligible for a refund and the process for cancelling your service.

1. Overview

We understand that plans can change and aim to be fair to our clients. However, due to the highly personalized and time-intensive nature of our consultation and application services for studying in Germany, our refund policy is structured as follows. Please review all details carefully before committing to any service package.

2. Refund Policy

Our refund eligibility depends on the stage of service delivery and the type of package purchased:

Full Refund (100%)

A full refund is issued only if we are unable to deliver the purchased service due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, such as:

  • Technical issues preventing service delivery
  • Inability to provide promised consultation or support
  • Service cancellation initiated by Bachelor's in Germany

Partial Refund (Up to 50%)

A partial refund of up to 50% is available if you cancel your service before we begin active work on your university application or consultation. This applies to:

  • Cancellation requests received before document review begins
  • Cancellation before the first consultation session is scheduled
  • Standard application support packages where work has not commenced

No Refund

No refund will be provided in the following circumstances:

  • Once work has started on your application or consultation services
  • For all higher-tier packages including Mentorship, Complete Admissions Support, and other customized plans
  • After consultation sessions have been conducted
  • After documents have been reviewed or prepared
  • After university applications have been submitted on your behalf

Important Note: Premium services require significant time, expertise, and resources from the outset. We invest in your success from day one, which is why refunds are not available once these services begin.

3. Cancellation by User

You may request to cancel your service at any time by contacting us in writing. To initiate a cancellation request:

We will process your cancellation request within 5-6 business days and notify you of the outcome via email. If eligible for a refund based on our policy, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval.

Bachelor's in Germany reserves the right to cancel your service at any time for reasons including, but not limited to:

In the event of service cancellation by us, we will provide you with a pro-rated refund for any unused portion of the service, calculated based on the work completed up to the point of cancellation.

5. Processing Time

All approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of approval. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
